Business details

Provide the real legal and trading names, registration and relevant tax details, address, contact information and any required instructor or school authorisations. Do not replace placeholders with invented credentials or addresses.

Courses and photographs

Confirm actual lesson content and lengths, final prices and applicable taxes, all extras, availability, eligibility, training agreement and cancellation terms. Supply rights-cleared photographs and specifications of the actual training fleet. The current images are illustrative.

Enquiries and privacy

Choose the enquiry recipient and CRM, hosting location, retention and deletion rules, privacy contact and any lawful consent records. Implement server-side validation, rate limiting, spam protection and the agreed privacy procedures before receiving real personal information.

Payments

Choose a provider and merchant agreement, configure server-only credentials and a sandbox, verify webhook signatures and amounts, make repeated notifications idempotent and reconcile orders on the server. Implement required receipts, cancellation and refund processes. Review all terms for the market where the actual school operates.
